Meet the Pianists
Jake Carter is an accomplished musician and photographer living on Maui. Originally from Northern California, Jake moved to Santa Barbara and received a degree from UCSB while spending his evenings performing at The Red Piano. After Santa Barbara, the only other place he knew of with better weather was Maui, Hawaii. Jake has been bringing piano bar shows to unsuspecting crowds for as long as he can remember and is excited to be rocking the dueling pianos experience here on the island!
Steven Ramirez has been playing the piano since he saw the classic and possibly outdated 1989 film Great Balls of Fire. He took those self taught skills and applied all of them to dueling pianos starting in 2011. Steven fell in love with the concept of an all request show. Every night is different and unique and it makes him smile. Steven lives to entertain and is most comfortable when on stage. If you love mustaches and the color green then you might just start smiling with him.
